Company management is worse, behaviors are worst, a lot of communication barrier, miscommitments are on top, salaries delays for months and no responding.

Pros

There is no career growth here. They never pay you on time. you will wait for 3 4 months to get your salary and this will be the normal routine in Trillium. If you are dealing with their clients, never giving respect and proper time to the client is a culture in trillium and if a client calls you, you can turn off your cell phone. If you resign at trillium your end of service will never be paid to you. if you have left trillium and you have remaining salary of 3-4 months with them they will never ever pay your money back. They as a Company are already blacklisted in Qatar.

Cons

The cons is that you work here and you spend your time so miserable there that when you leave trillium live will feel like heaven and no other misery in life can be worst than trillium.

Worked for a year, Salary was never on time with delays upto 2-3 months. Poor financial management. Last couple of salaries are still pending even after 2 years.
