Pros
Able to work on multi million dollar custom homes in beautiful Santa Barbara County. Can learn a tremendous amount of knowledge and skill from owner, Jerry DeHoog. Fun and safe work environment. The owner will put his tool bags on and work with you rather than just barking orders. Able to learn how to work efficiently In my opinion, Jerry is the smartest and most knowledgeable tradesman I’vevever met. He is always willing to teach. 80% of success at this company is being able to show up on time.
Cons
Not a big deal but you have to have thick skin, metaphorically.
