Cons

The disconnect between departments was apparent from the start. Poor management, lack of colorful ideas and drab office atmosphere were just a few reasons I chose to leave. There is absolutely no room for growth. Prepare to be a receptionist with a fancy title. Optics - just being a warm body in an office - is the primary focus of the firm. An absolute joke when it comes to true productivity.
