      - Remote setup - Flexibility in leaves - Friendly and helpful colleagues

      Cons

      - Tendency to micromanage employees, a sign of the lack of trust that they have - You get pulled into meetings all of a sudden without letting you know about the agenda/what you need to prepare beforehand - Little to no benefits; no opportunities for salary increase - More focused on quantity instead of quality

      The people are so easy to work with. Training is streamlined, guidelines are organized, constant avenues to interact with the team despite WFH setup.

      Not much. Perhaps pay and benefits can be better.
