You could fill a novel with examples of the toxic culture in this company. From pretending you are a family. while constantly knocking you down and calling you worthless. The treatment at the company was beyond anything I have ever experienced in a professional enviroment. They actually lack a professional environment from the vulgar language and abusive nature of the "senior" staff. Don't forget the nepotism.
