Pros

The company’s dysfunction would be darkly amusing if it weren’t real

Cons

Toxic Leadership & Culture – Avoid This Company Leadership: Arrogant, inflexible, and dismissive of industry standards. Decisions are made in an echo chamber, with no regard for external expertise or best practices. High Turnover: Experienced hires are routinely mistreated—forced out or abruptly fired unless they’re part of the inner circle (friends, family, or loyalists). One department sees complete turnover every 1-2 years. Inexperienced & Entitled Management: Most leaders have only worked here, with zero outside exposure. Young, unqualified managers and directors overdosing on power they have not earned show open contempt for newcomers and seasoned professionals. Promotions are based on loyalty, connections, and image, not competence. Clique-Driven & Cult-Like: A toxic, self-congratulatory back slapping culture exists within the clique where image matters more than performance. Critical thinking is punished; dissenters are silenced or removed. No Job Security: New hires (under 2 years) should prepare to be fired without warning—no process, no defence permitted. Do not leave personal items. Talented professionals with spotless records have been suddenly discarded like contaminated filth. No Innovation: Superficial rebranding (new colors, new name, shiny packaging) passes for "R&D." No market research—if a product fails, blame the market or another department Hostility Toward Expertise: Top-tier professionals are ignored or undermined by Tristel’s self-appointed "experts." Harassment and cover-ups are rampant, endorsed from the top. Final Warning: If you value your career, mental health, or professional dignity—steer clear. This is not a place for growth, only survival.

Pros

They have a health plan.

Cons

You will need the health plan to deal with your workplace induced stress, depression and anxiety. You may also need it to pay for your prescription, food and housing when they fire you without warning. Don’t worry though everyone will make sure to let you know “they fire you legally” just encase you were concerned at how often people pack up their desks without warning. I could list and list and list - but really, the only advice I have - is don’t take this job you deserve better.
