Performance review are more to target you and not make you perform better or help you.

Too demanding for extra working hours
Unneccessary exageration of importance of a work, prioritizing all tasks for no reason and extra deadlines
No planning for executing activities and sometimes chaos while executing as it may not align, blame will definitely come on analysts
Partiality towards other teams more and less for support team
Unprofessional, managers cannot plan things properly, they need to develop their skills in being better managers and team leaders, engage in politics and play blame games on executives.
