Nice offices and company offsites. Smart people and learn a lot.

Cons

Long hours and stressful environment. Poor culture and slow career progression. Some managers lack leadership, communication and people skills that creates additional challenges. Management is slow to notice and address issues, despite employees complaining a lot.
