Pros
The company welcomes diversity, has good orientation and training. The managers provide good mentorship during the training process. The work environment is very positive.
Cons
Nothing major that I can think of. The company is growing quite fast so that does cause some growing pains and challenges. However the managers and management try to resolve any issues on a regular basis.
