      Poor pay, hostile culture, bad work/life balance (8-9am and 5-6pm daily meetings), and I just genuinely dreaded work every single day I was here

      Pros

      Remote work, flexibility with PTO.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth, upper management lack of communication. No HR department so everything made its way back to the CEO. No diversity and lack of positivity. Hard to get an idea across without being attacked.
