Pros
The team is respectful, collaborative and hard working. You can really tell the Co-Founders work hard to maintain a horizontal culture, which I truly appreciate. Everyone's encouraged to chime in during meetings, and we strive to create a rock-star team that is diverse and positive. The perks: free lunches, weekly happy hours, annual weekend off-sites, cool office decor, hackathons, gym and shower in the office, monthly career coaching sessions and great medical.
Cons
They are still working out the perfect work-to-meeting ratio. This is a startup, so if you're looking for a basic 9-4:30 job with little to no interaction with your coworkers, this probably isn't the place for you. Inclusion is a big priority here.
