Trowbridge is truly a wonderful company to work for. From the outset they are welcoming and I have learnt so much from my time here. I wouldn't be leaving the role of it wasn't for moving home. Since the change in management in 2022, Trowbridge Gallery has undergone a significant cultural transformation. The previous concerns reflected in older reviews are not representative of the business as it stands today. Under new leadership, we’ve prioritised creating a respectful, inclusive, and professionally rewarding environment for every member of the team. Regular management training is now in place to ensure consistent, high-quality leadership at every level of the business. We’ve introduced structured staff training programmes across all departments to help everyone grow in their roles and feel confident in their contributions. We’ve also welcomed a dedicated in-house HR Manager, supported by an established external HR consultancy, to further strengthen our culture of professionalism, fairness, and support. The atmosphere in the studio and offices is now collaborative and focused, with a shared sense of pride in what we create. Our team plays a vital role in delivering the quality and service that our clients rely on, and we’re committed to supporting every individual in their professional journey with us.
