Extremely unfriendly and snotty staff, you could probably drop down dead in the middle of the office and not a single soul would blink or help. Partners or members of staff in a higher position are rude, belittling, patronising and egotistical. On a human level horrible people. Zero gratitude or acknowledgement for hard work and no career progression. They say they don’t promote a hierarchy or anyone looking down on the less senior members of staff and it is absolutely not true! The worst office i have ever had the misfortune to work in. I think they all need to take a good hard look in the mirror and re-evaluate how they treat and speak to people and how their obnoxious behaviour can affect somebody’s mental health! What if someone treated your own child or family member how you treat some colleagues, I am certain you would be very unhappy!
