Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback about your experience at TruHearing. We are sorry to hear this feedback after your employment ended because we strive to provide opportunities for our employees to share perspectives and insight regarding the employee experience (whether through employee surveys, lunches with the CEO, manager one on ones, etc.). Recently we have collaborated with our tech team members to identify some areas for improvement in the tech organization and are making good improvements to address the identified areas of concern. One area in particular (related to your feedback) is a focus to ensure that all current employees feel comfortable providing this type of “hard” feedback as needed. Thanks again for taking the time to provide your thoughts, good luck in your future endeavors!

Pros

Nice break room Company parties

Cons

All the power is with the managers. Harassment is a big problem there. If you do not fit within the circle, you are harassed until you want to leave. Unfortunately, I seen this happen more than once. Personally had to report to the department of labor. The higher-ups never check on their employees to make sure they are properly being taken care of. Call volumes are high with no want to hire help. Expected to take on work loads that have nothing to do with your job title with no gratitude. There is no where to move up, unless another person steps down. The departments disagree often with eachother, resulting in conflicts on the work floor. And many more.

I apologize for my delayed reply. I want to thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on TruHearing. I'm sorry that your experience did not match our desire to create a great place to work. Obviously, you have expressed some very serious concerns that would be extremely troubling if accurate. We are looking into your concerns and will take action to correct anything we identify that is inconsistent with TruHearing's values. We consistently strive to create an environment where all employees feel comfortable to bring concerns to managers or executives alike. Thanks again for your feedback.

Pros

A lot of kind people in the organization. Some of the best coworkers you'll find anywhere.

Cons

Marketing managers can be elitist and hostile toward employees. Managers/stakeholders cause 95% of project delays yet will consistently point blame at project team members for things beyond their control. If you report a manager they will find a way to retaliate.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on TruHearing. We are sorry that your experience did not match our desire to create a great place to work and to live up to our recognition as a Salt Lake Tribune Top Workplace. Obviously, you have expressed some very serious concerns that would be extremely troubling if accurate. At TruHearing, we strive to maintain a positive and uplifting environment and provide opportunities for employees to address their concerns as appropriate (1:1s with supervisors, open door policies with department heads, HR staff to counsel on employee concerns, etc.). If you would like us to explore your concerns further, don’t hesitate to reach out to me via email (chad.h@truhearing.com) so that we can take action to correct anything we identify that is inconsistent with TruHearing's values. Thanks again for your feedback.
