      There are no Pros. None at all.

      Cons

      Management will do their best to work you to death but they do not show any integrity. You Cannot Trust anything they say to you. They will promise you the moon and then stab you in the back. There are much better places to work where you will be treated better!

      Company will hire brand new employees for superior opportunities rather than promote tenured veterans. Company would rather give employees one liners to tell disgruntled clients rather than address the root causes of clients becoming disgruntled due to this companies way of handling business.
