Pros

Great technology that is cutting edge and it's easy for me to sell, that's where the 2 stars go.

Cons

1. People management is non-existent. There is no accountability for missed sales numbers or mistakes, and leadership just sweeps it all under the rug. 2. Internal promotions are rare and the company focuses on hiring external value. Have seen every department head get hired from outside, so there is no chance for internal growth. 3. Diversity and Inclusion is a myth. Leadership is still white, middle-aged men. The women in "leadership" roles are white. Outspoken men and women are considered immature or emotional. If diversity and inclusion is important to you, avoid this place. 4. Culture is terrible. There are no raises nor recognition for hard work. Collaboration is nonexistent in between departments. Communication from leadership is all handwaving and performative. 5. CEO apparently is never wrong, and humility is a foreign practice to them. Much of their leadership skills seem to be taken from reading books or (poorly) mimicking true leaders.

Pros

Coworkers are great!! People work very hard.

Cons

TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP!!!!! Top 5 are paid enormous salaries and don't listen to the worker bees. Even other managers go unheard. They must get rid of the CEO and get an actual human resources dept. Anytime you go to HR, your concerns and private business are shared with all. You learn real quickly that you can't trust anyone. They give you lunch here and there and think that will solve the huge morale issue there. Amazing people are leaving in droves,

Pros

Promising product(s) with no competition for their main product.

Cons

The CEO has no experience in the CEO realm and has driven the company into the ground. Many of the key people with knowledge from the start have left, and the company lost funding so much they had to lay off half of who was left. The people remaining know that the company need them so there is less work being done from the worker bees. But thankfully there is upper management right? Oh so wrong. The upper management who collect larger paychecks than I have seen are clueless in the positions that they are in. They just sit there collecting their paychecks and do not care about helping the company. There is no upward movement either, the CEO and "leadership" think that outside people could do the job better than people who have the knowledge and have worked their fingers to the bone for the company. If you are looking for a new job, read all the reviews and keep your eyes open if you interview here and evaluate if it is really worth it.
