Management - They are all white males that only care about how much money is in their bank account so they can show off. Hypocrisy is everywhere. If you are a female and raise any concerns or solutions to improve the company, you are discredited and thought of as a complainer or too blunt. Meanwhile, they hire males out of nowhere and make them "Directors" and aren't held accountable for anything.
Managers don't care about individuals' growth or values. They think giving you a tiny raise at the end of the year will keep you happy and compliant with their double-standard policies.
