Toxic, unprofessional environment (Beware)
Pros
Leaving this company was the best decision I’ve made. A few coworkers were kind, but that’s about it.
Cons
No harassment training, no onboarding, and no real HR support. No benefits, No PTO Nothing but a pay check (literally a check no direct deposit) Owners family & friends regularly visited the office, making inappropriate jokes and comments (racist, sexist, and body-shaming). Nothing was ever addressed professionally. Probably still won't... Management ignored or brushed off serious concerns instead of taking action. The workplace atmosphere was hostile — yelling, slurs, and unwanted physical contact from management made it extremely uncomfortable. Untrained dogs left in the office alone for you to deal with. (Again unpaid- maybe it.s included in the less than $20 hourly rate) When I say untrained I mean constant barking, not potty trained, pee pads left in the bathroom for days like it's your responsibility to pick it up- same with their poop....ew, Is that a work hazzard? Anyways. If you value professionalism, respect, or a safe work environment, this is not the place.
