*completely disorganized *no vacation time, long hours, heavy travel *no corporate support *owners prey upon good people who care about athletes. They will use employees until they are overworked to the point of exhaustion and provide no monetary compensation for efforts *toxic, unethical work environment *uneducated management and owners that leads to poor decision making company-wide *this company is in busineess to collect money off of innocent players and parents as fast as possible by communicating false promises *very unprofessional

True says they are committed to the growth of the sport but all they really care about is making as much money as possible. There is no quality control, no training and all the players they claim to have gotten into college is basically a lie. Yes they have played with the true but I would say 80% percent have only played in a few true events. The vast majority of the kids that were recruited did it on their own but true still claims there success. After a lot of soul searching I could not continue with this company. I got into coaching for the kids and to teach them live long skills and this company only cares about money and could care less about the players and their families. Honesty and Integrity are not words associated with True Lacrosse.
