      An ok place to work considering there are not a lot of other options in Casper Wyoming.

      Pros

      Small, close knit family of companies.

      Cons

      Poor communication between management and those doing the work.There are no policies for managing employee issues. As a result, each manager is left to their own discretion to handle employee matters. The problem with this is, not all employees are treated fairly/similarly regarding similar matters such as sick time, appointments, bereavement time, education reimbursement, training, performance reviews, raises, etc. There are clear inequalities based on who you know and other not so ethical factors (gender).

      Great company culture depending on the company you work for... There is a lot of growth and opportunity within all of the True companies

      Cons

      Pay is below market - benefits are good but it doesn't make up for what we take home every two weeks to support our families.
