ANOTHER ROUND OF LAYOFF - HIRING AND FIRING CULTURE Mishandling of employees, they laid off 70 employees in order to give silent promotion to boss's favourite employees. one more joker on the board.

Cons

HR team as usual - again mishandled the layoff situation. Still don't why is the CHRO still in the company. she should resign. random firing, not basis of rating but basis likes and dislikes

Bad people management. No freedom of opinions - kills creativity Immature management decisions taken overnight on very serious issues. No sense of hard work put by others and underpaid staff and absolutely no internal growth. You can be fired and asked to leave same day. Too much of hierarchy in so called flat organisation.

Good product. Many users, mostly in India though. Good food but also better calories!

Cons

No growth or a career here. Unprofessional management. Takes serious decisions overnight. Does not care about their employees. You could be fired overnight. No communication between managers and team members. Team members could be ignored or kept uninformed about Projects or updates. Does not take your ideas into consideration. If you ask for new opportunities, another employee gets it. VERY Cheap labour.
