There was no direction to sales staff. Basically, here's your product and your huge geography, a list of customers - now go get some business. No training on competitor's product or Trulife catalog. Not to mention I was hired at a time when the breast care division was struggling. Despite amazing sales numbers and a ton of hard work by me, the divisions were consolidated seven months after I was hired and I was laid off. It was a shame better direction of this division hadn't taken place. I saw this as a company with which I could devote many years of making customers happy and achieving sales goals.
