Pros

Relaxed and open work environment. Great people to work with.

Cons

Lack of management and guidance. Low wages, management will lead you on with the false promise of a raise to keep you at the company. Low morale due to poor management.

Pros

Loved working with people who helped breast cancer survivors daily. That was amazing. My territory encompassed eight states which I really loved. The product was superior and there were many available solutions to help clients succeed.

Cons

There was no direction to sales staff. Basically, here's your product and your huge geography, a list of customers - now go get some business. No training on competitor's product or Trulife catalog. Not to mention I was hired at a time when the breast care division was struggling. Despite amazing sales numbers and a ton of hard work by me, the divisions were consolidated seven months after I was hired and I was laid off. It was a shame better direction of this division hadn't taken place. I saw this as a company with which I could devote many years of making customers happy and achieving sales goals.
