Pros
Mission driven and plenty of room to extend your skills as offices are severely understaffed and you'll be left to do the work of, at least, 2 people.
Cons
Undervaluing of staff. Recent raises approved by Board of Governors....yet, the lowest paid staff received the smallest percentage increase. At least we'll technically now be receiving a living wage. Completely disrespectful that for a position where a graduate degree is a preferred qualification, non-exempt hourly staff and student employees make more per hour!! Working at McDonald's, even after the raise, would in fact yield a higher income.
