The CEO does not believe in fundamental human rights. She believes in the outdated style management that scolding and humiliating the employees are the only ways to get work done. This resulted in a super toxic environment, where only foreign workers or people with not much options stay silently and morale is always plummetting. The only happy day at work is when the CEO is not around to reduce morale. Do not believe in “all employer behave like this”, because you have never seen how worse is the scolding and humiliation. Believe this, what you have done to people, someday it will come back to you. :)

Management who is the owner of the company, is very demeaning. She would not only scold and shout at the staff badly but purposefully humiliate them publically. A humiliation session could last for an hour or so. This is a common occurs that can happens 2-3 times a week. The turnover rate thus is very high in this company, 3-5 people leaves the company a month. Everything in the company is very messy. The project planning department does not have a consistent plan as the boss keep changing her mind on things and keep wanting to add things. Thus new instructions, systems and paper work are constantly being passed down which confuses everyone. And if you make a mistake, you will be scolded by management. This is a terrible place to work in, the average staff last only 1 month. The people who stay in this company sadly, cant get a job elsewhere thus they endure the abuse from the management until they can find a job outside.
