      - Amazing colleagues, talented and collaborative people. - Great level of autonomy and freedom to work. - Good equipment and resources to do your job. - Competitive salary and benefits.

      Cons

      - No clear career path or structured growth opportunities. - Some high level leaders struggle with listening and valuing team input. - The worst part: people are dismissed suddenly, without warning, even after receiving excellent performance reviews just weeks before.

      Work on Trustly is amazing, we as tech team receive a lot of support from product team, the payment is great, the benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      The company has some problems with the ramp-up to promote some engineers, i think it's better to promove a good engineer instead of lost him and get another new one.

      The benefits package and compensation are well above the brazilian market average, people are helpful and very pleasant, the office space is a luxury in itself, the work equipment is excellent, and there are a lot of room to grow and succeed!

      I have nothing to complain about.
