Pros
- Opportunity to work with major brands across categories - Exposure to a range of responsibilities and ability to gain experience fast
Cons
- No work life balance. There's a collective pressure to work long hours consistently including evenings and weekends. Many colleagues are worked so hard they burnout. - Everyone is seen as replaceable, meaning there's no investment in the culture of the business. - Pure focus on 'capacity' and 'flex' rather than individual goals and suitability to projects making it feel like work is being churned out on a factory line. - Certain senior team members bully others and make life hugely uncomfortable for no reason. - High turnover of staff meaning there is little consistency of work or culture in the business. - Underpaid versus hours expected. Salaries and roles only reviewed once a year and very difficult to get anything even then.
