Pros

Nothing that I can think of

Cons

1) Micromanagement by the founders. They poke their nose every minute 2) No appreciation of any sort, but you are criticised for everything possible 3) Founders have no manners whatsoever, the tone in which they speak to employees is worse than what one can image 4) Things run on the whims and fancies of the founders 5) Of the 50 people company, each month, 1-2 leave the company, the company is barely an year old

Pros

There is no pros as such. The try to get work from you till they feel they are satisfied.

Cons

Not safe for women at all.The employer employee relationship is pathetic. You are not respected for the work you do. The salary pay is very less. Before joining the job they promise you one thing and after you join its a completely different scenario. Never trust this company. They cheat with false beliefs.

Pros

Can't think of any. Resigning was the best decision i made.

Cons

1. No management of any such, you cannot work in peace without someone pressurizing on your back all the time. 2. HRs don't have any manners on how to speak, and they make their own rules as whenever benefits them. 3. They add their own review here in glass-door to increase the number of positive reviews. All positive reviews here are probably by themselves or employees were forced to do so. 4. They take credit & can't stop appreciating themselves enough at the price of other employee's hard-work. 5. There is no justice in salary/hike decisions.
