Pros

Some really cool people. Generous Vacation time and sick days. No structure whatsoever so you can essentially watch netflix at your desk all day.. if you're late or leave early no one cares or notices. (this is technically a con...)

Cons

No benefits. Small, loud office. 1 mini conference room and a couple of telephone booths that aren't sound proof. a miniature kitchen. Incompetent CEOs destroying the potential success of the company. No matter what information is presented to them, they do the opposite. They may have degrees from Columbia, but they are arguably the most inept people you'll ever see attempting to run a company. It's a shame, because there were some very smart and enthusiastic people working there that would have helped this place blossom, but they were simply ignored. They would make huge decisions for the company that they thought would help but their decisions wouldn't be backed by any statistics or data... they'd just wake up and change something because they felt it would work and it essentially led this company into the ground...There is no room for growth whatsoever, as the only people getting promoted were other incompetent people who had just been there for a while, they were not promoted based on their success rate..
