Pros
People in my department are really nice and cooperate well on projects. The art director of our team cares about his subordinates and treats everyone equally, too.
Cons
Directions for design projects from other departments are unclear most of the time. Be prepared to waste time on plans that might never happen. A lot of times, orders from other departments won't stop changing due to the lack of preparation and budget considerations. Also, this company doesn't follow the calendar for holidays. We have to work 22 days per month despite the weekends. You'll have to use your paid vacation days if you want to take some days off for the new year or other national holidays.
