      Good money, bad management

      Pros

      Only money. Good healthcare. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Bad management. Micro management is off the roof, and all the "leaders" will be saying different things. You'll have to follow all orders. Emotional damage will be thorough the roof. The amount of pressure is surreal. No life, only work. There's nothing around the school. You'll need to travel either to Shenzhen(1h+), Dongguan(~45min), or Guangzhou(2h+) to get some life into you. There's more. When I remember it all, I'll start adding.

      Worst school to work for

      Pros

      There are practically none , the school will lie about many things financially and contractually, it is best to search for something else

      Cons

      It’s management is the worst i have ever worked with ,the principals vice principal and their directors are all on a very dictatorship type of mentality , with no regard or respect for the teacher and most of all they treat the children very poorly and they care more about the superficial things rather than education itself .
