      only one pro - salary will be credited on time

      Cons

      minimum salary like 3k for first month no growth no anual increment if you want tea then you have to make yourself no well infrastructure. you have to use old technology no fixed holiday.

      Cons

      Very less salary for developers which even less than 5000 Rs. No paid leave. Saturday working. Too much work pressure. Owner even won't provide tea to employees. Old products with old ideas and technologies. Owner treat employees as slaves. Even he speak with employees very rudely.
