My experience at Tubber was unfortunately disappointing and frustrating. The work environment lacked professionalism at all levels of leadership. The CEO was frequently rude and dismissive, creating a tense and unsupportive atmosphere rather than one that fosters growth or motivation. The sales team leader was particularly problematic—lacking direction, respect, and clear communication. Boundaries were often crossed, and any attempt to raise concerns was either ignored or met with hostility. There was no real structure or guidance, making it extremely difficult to succeed or feel valued as part of the team.
