Pros

I worked in the support team for a long time now and some of the reviews here have bugged me! Tucasi is an incredible place to work; laid back culture, hard working colleagues (now management have FINALLY done something about the dead wood), everyone within shouting distance of each other and 2020 is looking really positive with the new MD driving us forwards. In my time at tucasi i have seen people go from 1st line to Customer Service Manager, 1st to 2nd to 3rd line, 2nd line into Dev, Junior Devs to Senior Devs, Sales people moving up to head of sales, people moving from the training team into a product owner role and i've seen 3 people leave for promotions elsewhere in the organisation so there is so much opportunity for promotion if you work for it. There are loads of training opportunities in jonas but most of the courses are a bit manager-y but its still a good day out.

Cons

Not the best payers due to industry we're in. It's a little deadman shoes as we wait for people to move on........... but it would be the same anywhere There's no parking onsite except for a select few. Bus station is handy but would prefer to drive.

Unfortunately, the management team of this company are awful. Office politics, and backwards.
