      Pros

      Get to work with great brands, head office staff are great.

      Cons

      The company culture is awful, highest management change their minds about strategy, KPIs and business structure depending on their mood. The culture is toxic, blame culture and bullying tactics are used. Staff are overworked and underpaid.
