Cons
HR is completely unprofessional. If a coworker says something about another coworker, HR doesn't speak to you about it you just get reprimanded even if the things said are not true. There is zero communication within the office. People would rather go to management to get people in trouble rather than talk to each other. The office is very cliquey. Everyone is held to a different standard. HR does not listen to what the staff says about assignments or workloads. If you are overloaded they offer help from the home office, where the person assigned to help you doesn't have a clue how to do your work so it ends up not being any help since you have to train them while you're already buried. If you say you have too much continuously and ask for a task to be removed they don't make any changes. I would not recommend this firm.
