Pros

During my early years at Tulip, I had a very positive experience. I learned a lot, and management was supportive and approachable. The company emphasized its core values, which helped create a collaborative and motivating work environment.

Cons

After the mass layoffs and management changes, the culture felt different. The core values seemed less visible in day-to-day operations, and communication from upper management felt more distant. While the company holds a “Great Place to Work” certification, my personal experience did not always fully reflect that. I also felt that communication around layoffs could have been handled more personally, as direct conversations with managers would have helped provide better closure.
