      New and aesthetic building but all a facade

      It is a toxic work environment. Poor behavior management for students and punitive in approach. They offer no mentorship or rooms to advance career

      The kids are wonderful and the families are wonderful. Beautiful campus.

      Cons

      You are expected to put in a lot of extra hours outside of contract time. This isn’t recognized or appreciated-you’re just told to “do your job.

      The kids are great. Really nice parents. The building is pretty and new.

      Cons

      The administration is not honest and is very disorganized. So many employees have resigned or were pushed out- there is frequent turnover.
