Cons
They doesn’t provide you any benefits tho. Even though you work with them for almost 2 years. Only increase rm50 for one year. During check stock,MIS need to stay back while everyone go home after they done for doing check stock but not MIS because MIS need to key in everything on your own. So you have to work from 7 am until 2 am-5am if you not done yet. Hq will force you to stay late. Hq will blame at you for everything although that’s not your fault but you have to bear with it. The workplace really not comfortable and no comfortable chair. Many time tell to hq even the doctor give the medical letter to hq,but no action at all. They treat you as robot not human being. Usually they will give allowance but in my case with my friends, they don’t give allowance at all. You have to manage with rude foreign workers. Some of them likes to sexually harass local worker.
