      - Management let you jump on new task/development - Benefits: Medical, Dental very good, optical, flexi claim - Yearly Bonus - Company Trip - Angpow every festive season - Good Working Culture (too relax)

      Cons

      - Bosses are lazy af (dont know dont care abt you untill their butt on the edge) - Too relax no innovation, no new products (prepaid only) no growth! - Boss like to micromanage - Salary below industry standard - Difficult to get a promotion even if there is demand - They have worse development team I have come across my whole life, lousy programmers & vendors - They like to compensate lazy people (interim bonus)
