Pros
The overall company vision is amazing and the team is largely made of dedicated and hardworking individuals.
Cons
The CEO is miserable. Can't speak to clients without mouthing off at them. Can't even write holiday cards without belittling employees. Tells employees they're out of line for asking for raises after working for multiple years. Pretends to be data driven yet makes up and twists data in the face of the board. Expects employees to read his mind. Sends horribly rude, straight up aggressive, messages to employees if in a bad mood and a simple error is made. Doesn't hold new, hand picked, employees to the same standard of other employees, If you're hired as a contractor he WILL find excuses to not pay you and move the goal post despite your contract.
