      Pros

      Good pay. Good benefits. Attendance Bonuses. If you are politically conservative, you will love this place.

      Cons

      Nepotism. Favoritism. You will overhear daily conversations about how Liberals are destroying the city and state and country and world. Minorities represent 1/3 of the work force, but zero percent of management. Management knows how to smile and say the right thing while slowly turning the knife in your back.

      Pros

      Turk is a well established machine shop that has been around for years. They have a limited number of customers but there seems to be plenty of work. I met some nice guys that work there.

      Cons

      They don't follow through with what they say they are going to do. I was supposed to have a 60 day review and didn't get one. They aren't punctual with their yearly reviews either and some new hires have had to wait longer than they should to get their benefits in place. There is a lot of bad moral there as many feel they are over worked and under paid. Training with this company is poor and lacking direction. They may have some new machines, but when it comes to IT and the way of doing business they are old school and lacking.

      Clean shop, good equipment/machines. Willing to try new tech.

      No room for growth. Processes need improvement for better quality.
