Pros

NOTHING positive about this company.

Cons

Micro manager from Hell. It feels like you are in Communism China. You have to bring a signed Dr's note if you have a Dr's appointment - just like in grade school. Cameras in every office recording and monitoring your every move. Electronic door locks record your coming and going every second of every day. It's like working in a prison and you are the prisoner. NO job security - employees get terminated almost weekly for NO reason at all. You get terminated for answering personal texts or phone calls.

Pros

- Coffee & Water - OK Location

Cons

- 9 HR WORKDAYS: Turn-Key Systems STRICTLY adheres to California law of one 10 minute break per 3 hours, and 1 hour of UNPAID lunch. 8:30a - 5:30p, a 45 hour work week paid as a 40 hour work week. I had several hours deducted from my paycheck for taking too many bathroom breaks and from coming back from lunch 10-20 mins late several times. You're required to carry an electronic key fob that tracks your time down to the second. Felt like I was working at McDonalds. - HORRIBLE PAY: I was paid BELOW HALF the market rate of a Mid-Level PHP developer in San Diego. - NO CAREER GROWTH: Small company, extreme lack of funds, tenured irreplaceable managers. - INACCURATE JOB DESCRIPTION: I applied to the original job listing as a Mid-Level PHP Developer but on my offer letter they reduced my title to PHP Developer. Job ended up being replacing images, text, and videos on several Wordpress websites 60% of time. Making python scripts for random stuff 20% of time. Inventorying old websites 10% of time. Configuring websites and computer 10% of time. - CONDESCENDING MANAGER: Manager spoke to coworker and I on occasion with demeaning tone. Gasped often and was generally frustrated. Sometimes became irritated if you asked for clarification. Very poor management skills as I jumped from project to project up to 5 times daily waiting for next task to be assigned or clarified. Spoke poorly about her direct reports and former employees to me on several occasions.

Pros

Great people to work with other than the delusional CEO and his pets :)

Cons

Where do I even start? This company is run by a CEO who seems to not care about employer/employee privacy. HR must mean nothing here because everyone knows your business and guess who it's thanks to? Yes, the CEO himself. He psychologically abuses every person who comes in his path. He overworks and underpays all just to turn around and criticize the work you do saying it's not enough and then reminding everyone how "well" they are paid. He chooses his office pets and their role in the company is just to report every single little thing to him thinking it makes them look better but little do they know just like the CEO talks about others to them, he talks about THEM to others. There are cameras watching every single inch of the office, pointed at every single monitor so that even if you pick your nose without permission, he will know. This company is run like a dictatorship, no one can effectively do their job because every move you make is criticized. I was promoted from a business advisor to the sales manager at a horrible time when the company was struggling and expected to magically fix everything, I received ZERO manager training and was blamed for not producing salespeople after experiencing COUNTLESS changes (weekly) and firing people almost every week just as the CEO wants. He does not give anyone a fair chance to prove themselves instead he just reminds you how expensive it is to keep you employed. The ads are misleading, the leads provided to you are trash and the prospects you attract are all on social security or disability. If you make friends the CEO's pets will let him know so he can try to create a divide, he does not even want anyone taking breaks together. So, if you are looking for a place that does not encourage socializing with your coworkers then this is the place for you! I wrote a review and because my company email was attached, SOMEONE accessed my review and deleted it. Nice try, this one is going to stay up this time. It seems the company is listed as several different names on Glassdoor and Indeed to get away from the negative reviews, I have now made it my purpose in life to leave MY review of my experience on every single one! :) The company hired an alleged murderer who steals identities, he even worked for the company as a sales manager under a stolen indentity and accessed employee personal information! Nothing is private, there is a spin to every story so the CEO can save face and it seems as though he does not care who he has to hurt, step on or deceive in order to continue running this company into the ground. Great job team, my only regret is not leaving sooner, wasting time and putting effort into a place that's run by someone that decided to tell others in the office about my personal business thinking it would not get back to me. If I could give zero stars I would.
