Excellent opportunity to learn the in's and out's of the music industry. You'll definitely meet a tremendous amount of people in the industry if you're outgoing and you go to shows/events.
Cons
The pay is not substantial. It's more about the experience in my opinion. You'll also be traveling a lot through NYC which a lot of people aren't too fond of.
