* Agency to shape autonomous systems that are depended on by major companies and household names all over the country. * The most talented team I have ever had the privilege to work with. Brilliant people from all walks of life, all ages, from all over the country. * Consistent growth trajectory, both in funding and revenue.
Cons
* Startups aren't for everyone. * Balancing velocity and correctness falls on everyone's shoulders. Need to deliver real innovation on tight timelines, while mistakes mean taking down production and distribution for basic consumer goods.

1. A lot of smart people to work with and learn from 2. Accelerated push and scrappy startup environment 3. Work is not contained in one box

1. Pay is worse compared to similar roles in other companies 2. Employee work culture is less healthy and overwork is expected (which can sometimes be a pain)
