• Comfortable work ambiance • No managerial domination; all team players • No hierarchy; you can reach out to the CEO too if a situation demands • The CEO is the perfect and the ideal boss here making it all the more easy to gel well with the work and the environment • Quality matters more than quantity here… So, no deadlines except for a few ad hoc tasks that come in once in a while
Cons
• Rules and regulations change like seasons often depending on the mood or the mind-set of the one who is in charge of it • No option to work from home, which is quite possible in the content field. • Overall, it is a great place to work and does become your comfort zone… but do not keep expectations and just be happy with all that comes to you… take things in your stride

Very good atmosphere to work. I am associated with Tutorialspoint for almost 2 years and looking forward to work for some more time. Very flexible working environment and Great Management.

Some times people take advantage of the flexibility. This company works well for the people who are self-motivated and self-disciplined
