Absolutely nothing about this company is good.

Cons

The employee treatment is horrible! They hire people for free as interns, use them, then fire them. People get treated differently depending on race!! Company constantly lies to its employees with fake promises whether it is financially or career development.

I was able to meet awesome people in this company

It was really sad to see how bad they took care of their employees. They are definitely ambitious with their objectives which is good, but unfortunately the way they do things is always the same and very inflexible. I was sad to see how they fired people that gave their life for this company, it was a constant thing.

The majority of colleagues are very nice Not much more unfortunately

The company has the tendency to hire people and fire them before the probationary period ends. (It happened with a lot of people) The strategy does not change at all, and the company is doing the same thing over and over. Not flexible with working from home. Benefits and holidays are very low compare with the average in Sweden
