Cons
There are some toxic individuals in higher management: A senior director constantly bad mouths everyone behind their back, even slagging off colleagues to clients! But she's always sweet to your face. Another director will constantly over promise and under deliver, both to clients and staff. More generally, the onboarding of new staff is chaotic, communication between departments sporadic and career development opportunities are limited.
