Pay is competitive / generous, reasonable working hours and expectations.

No trust in staff or their ability, terrible communication, poor understanding of requirements to run a business - hire too many outside consultants - working there was like rearranging the furniture on the Titanic... looks great on the outside but there's something fundamentally wrong on the inside.
The directors are cruel & vicious people. There was a 100% turnover in staff over the course of the year that I worked there. Please avoid working here, hold out for something better.
