      Pros

      Lot of new learnings. Good Infrastructure. Good products. Good for workers.

      Cons

      Salary- Fines are there(A big chunk of your saliry). Poor process Management. No team work. One man management.

      1. Lunch facilities 2. Nice looking office

      Cons

      1. No work life balance 2. 9.5 hours is official working hours but it extends up to 10.5 to 11 hours a day 3. No extra pay for overtime 4. Saturday working 5. No company benefit, HR policy is poor 6. Internal politics 7. Management is not willing to listen, they would only listen to the GM/Head of the department. 8. Oiling and buttering culture.
