      Pros

      - Good staff discount - Career opportunities elsewhere in the COG group - Great facilities (gym, cafe, spa etc) - Some really nice colleagues

      Cons

      - The values that COG was famous for are not demonstrated by management. Bullying and negativity is rife, from top to bottom - Very little direction from management causing a lot of chaos, reactivity, and stress - Culture has gone down hill incredibly fast compared to a few years ago, and people are resigning left, right, and centre

      Cons

      All the regular problems that come with retail, nothing unique to Cotton On Group: Miscommunications with upper management, lack of hours given to stores for proper rostering, massive/excessive amounts of packaging and plastic in deliveries.
